Liberty has an exciting opportunity for a Floor Layer Multi to join our team, based in Ellesmere Port (North West) You will be working on a full-time, permanent basis, working 40 hours per week and in return, you will receive a competitive salary of £30,500per annum Plus Company Van Plus Benefits.

**Responsibilities for this Floor Layer Multi will include:**

Prepare and complete floor laying and finished using vinyl, linoleum, rubber, sheet (including Polysafe) and or tile as hard floor finishing

Install sub base floor including plywood, screed and latex screed

Removing bathroom fittings and re-installing WC suite and wash hand basins

Laying different types of materials including vinyl, linoleum and rubber in sheet or tile form on bench tops and walls as well as floors

Fitting floors to wet rooms, upstands and hot and cold welds

Measuring, estimating and ordering quantities of floor coverings

Cuts, spreading adhesive cement and latex screeding

Laying out centrelines and underlays of hardboard sheets

Covering materials and joining sections of sheet covering

Tile as hard floor finishing including carpet laying

Liaise with customers when arranging and carrying out work, having full regard to their needs and working from written and verbal instructions, including drawings, diagrams, sketches, calculations using measuring equipment

**What we are looking for in our ideal Floor Layer Multi**:
Competent in all aspects of floor laying and with experience of maintenance work on domestic and commercial properties, including high rise blocks for general repairs and refurbishments. A background of general floor laying work and be able to work in confinedspaces.A current driving licence is essential.Skilled workers will hold a CSCS card, have asbestos awareness and their own tools.
