An experienced Project Controller is required to support a high value, critical defence project(s) within the OME (Optronics and Missile Electronics) business line.

**Specific responsibilities and tasks as follows**:
- Liaise with appropriate stakeholders across Thales and the customer (as necessary) to create and maintain an integrated master schedule for assigned project.
- Initiate and drive the creation, delivery and presentation of the project reports and facilitate reviews in accordance with defined calendar for assigned project.
- Utilise (as appropriate) a robust Earned Value Management system as part of an ongoing improvement activity to verify delivery performance
- Liaise with project team to ensure the correct and effective Project Governance is applied on assigned project(s).
- Ensure the robust implementation of the Project Business rhythm lifecycle.
- Working with the Project Community to ensure that Work package management is utilise effectively and efficiently
- Ensure Thales mandated tools are deployed and used appropriately. This could include you acting as a Subject Matter Expert.
- Liaise with project team to collect and monitor the use of ‘lessons learned’ as part of a continuous improvement culture.
- Ensure a robust Project management change control process is implemented on assigned project.
**About You**
- An experienced Project Controller from an heavy engineering industry sector background
- Experience as a user of planning and scheduling tools that cover fast paced and complex environments.
- Have the ability to analyse, interpret, present information and fluctuating priorities easily.
- Experience in Project Management Office or Project Management context
