Clubhouse Assistant

Overview:
We are seeking for skilled and customer-oriented bar and waiting staff to join our team at The Richmond Golf Club in Sudbrook Park. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional experiences for our Members and visitors. **Duties**:

- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
- Deliver orders promptly and accurately
- Provide recommendations on food and beverage items and answer any questions or concerns
- Ensure customers have an enjoyable experience by providing attentive service throughout their day
- Assist with food preparation and kitchen duties as needed
- Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure timely delivery of food orders
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the clubhouse bars and dining room
- Handle guest complaints or issues with professionalism and resolve them promptly
- Process payments accurately using the POS system

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience working in a restaurant, bar or similar hospitality role is essential
- Knowledge of basic math skills for handling payments
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with members, guests and team members
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent time management skills to prioritise tasks effectively
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and practices
- Flexibility to work occasional evenings, weekends, and Bank Holidays as required

**Salary**: Circa £24,500

Expected hours: 39 per week
