To plan, develop, deliver, evaluate and assess courses and learning programmes in accordance with learner needs and Addysg Oedolion Cymru | Adult Learning Wales’s Quality Procedures, in support of delivering high quality learning.

The Tutor role is a diverse, hands on role where you will be working independently and also with the regional team.

You will have responsibility for (but not exhaustive to):

- **Planning and preparing courses** - preparing lesson plans and schemes of work. Selecting learning materials and a range of learning methods to meet the learner’s needs.
- **Supporting learners** - Assessing learners’ previous learning experiences and achievements, providing them with appropriate advice and guidance, and ensuring learners are aware of their progression routes.
- **General **- undertake administrative tasks in line with regulations for the funding of Addysg Oedolion Cymru I Adult Learning Wales. Attend relevant tutor meetings, quality briefings and relevant accreditation / moderation meetings.
