**Salary**: £45,326.00 to £49,834 Dependent of skills and experience

**What you’ll be doing**:

- Independently manage a number of Site projects spanning across the business
- Attend design reviews as an active participant
- Undertake Factory Acceptance Tests and Installed Article Tests for newly installed or modified equipment
- Review Design Risk Assessments for compliance against standards
- Monitor contractor performance in line with Risk Assessments and Method Statements
- Implement and maintain SHE requirements and management system (Certified to ISO45001, ISO4001 and ISO50001)
- Lead on Risk Assessment, accident/incident analysis and assurance activity, with a wide variety of tasks that fall within this diverse role.

**Your skills and experiences**:

- Hold a relevant Safety Qualification linked to Machinery Safety (City and Guilds or similar)
- Experience of working within an engineering environment
- Practical experience of working within a machinery safety environment would be advantageous
- Presentation and IT skills

**The SHE- Plant and Equipment** **team**:
In this position you will be joining a team of 2 associates that fit into the area of Technology and Future Capabilities. We provide competent and professional Safety, Health and Environmental advice to support the installation and modification of Plant Equipment. This is a technical role and requires and understanding of the provision and use of Work Equipment Regulations, ISO and BSI Standards. You can expect to be provided with a high level of support and development to ensure you are equipped to meet needs of the business.
