We’re looking for an artistic and creative Senior Designer to join our Brand & Creative Team. The team sits at the heart of the execution of our product-led vision and strategy for Simplyhealth. In the role, you’ll lead and foster a high performing team, line managing two Designers, yourself reporting into the Brand & Creative Lead. You’ll be responsible for designing, and overseeing the design and execution, of highly creative, quality artwork assets across our product lines.

Key responsibilities include:

- Ideating, creating and delivering highly creative designs as to assigned campaigns and deliverables
- Briefing smaller projects into the Design team
- Using and maintaining Simplyhealth creative design principles consistently
- Responding to briefs with creative solutions for off and online assets - working with Brand, Content, Product Marketing, Communications, Growth and CRM teams and effectively managing their demands
- Ensuring output reflects a customer-centric approach. This means clarity, simplicity, and effectiveness of communication, in line with brand personality and objectives
- Keeping up to date with advancements in best practice in the space

**About You**:

We’re looking for someone with extensive experience with design development and output. As an experienced designer; you’ll be skilled to an advanced level using Mac OS and relevant supporting software, (including InDesign, Illustrator, Adobe tools).

You’ll also have:

- Understanding of technical and aesthetic specifications and requirements for output across multiple channels (digital and non-digital; static and dynamic formats)
- The confidence to successfully interrogate and respond to briefs; and manage stakeholder demands
- Demonstrable attention to detail, with a focus on delivering to deadlines and service level agreements
- Line management experience, including the building of high-performing teams, would also be ideal
