**Are you an experienced Registered Children's Home Manager or an experienced Assistant Children's Home Manager looking to for a Registered Manager position?**

**Location - Lower Broughton / Cheetham Hill - North Manchester**

**Hours**:

- 37.5 hours per week

**Salary **- **£43,350.00 + £6,305 location supplement**
- On call payments £40 rising to £80 at weekends and £120 for bank holidays
- Bi-annual salary increments.
- 27 days annual leave rising to 30 after 5 years and 33 after 10 years plus bank holidays.

**Main Responsibilities**

As a Registered Manager you will manage a residential care team and have responsibility for a residential children’s home, ensuring a high-quality service within the home is developed and to perform within organisational policies and procedures, the National Minimum Standards and the legislative framework pertaining to children’s homes.

We are looking for Managers or Assistant Managers with a proven record for getting results from their staff team.

We are looking for the following:

- Registered Manager’s Award (RMA Children) (combined management & care award).
- Significant residential childcare experience
- A sound understanding of Ofsted regulations and expectations
- Ability to demonstrate effective leadership.
- Ability to achieve service delivery to national standards.
- Passion to develop further services for children/young people.
