Community Pioneer

The **Doncaster Methodist Circuit **seek to appoint a **Community Pioneer** to work within the **Rossington** area.

The successful applicant will have the aspiration for everyone to access a fulfilling life in Christ through growing and developing communities across Rossington, spreading the Gospel to new people who don’t go to a traditional church.

It is envisaged that the post will develop and evolve with the successful applicant, considering their skills and gifts, and in response to where they feel they are being called, whilst working closely with Ministers, staff, the wider leadership team, and the people of Rossington.

The postholder will be responsible and accountable for growing and developing various communities with key defined project areas.

- Hours of work**:18.5 hours per week** _(To be worked flexibly to meet the needs of the project and the successful applicants existing circumstances)_
- Rate of pay**:£15 per hour**:

- Location of work: To work in and around the Doncaster community of Rossington

- Interview date**:21st July 2023 **_(Interviews are anticipated to be held at Alder Grove Methodist Church, Doncaster, DN4 8RF)_

**Job Types**: Part-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 36 months
Part-time hours: 18.5 per week

**Salary**: £15.00 per hour
