Grounds Maintenance Operative (Must Hold a Full UK Driving License)

Serco Workforce Solutions are looking for **Casual Grounds Operative** to join our team of essential key workers and help us make a positive difference to the environment we all live and work in.

**(Must Hold a Full UK Driving License)**

**What you’ll be doing**

**(Must Hold a Full UK Driving License)**
- Grass-cutting
- Shrub-pruning
- Hedge-cutting
- Planting
- Weed control
- Minor sports maintenance
- Driving and use a range of equipment to deliver the horticultural standards that meet the requirements of the Contract Specification
- Completing relevant paperwork in real time.
- Responsible for the daily inspection and reporting of machinery, before and after usage, including vehicles.
- Responsible for the cleanliness of machinery and vehicles.
- To maintain excellent customer and client relations, particularly members of the public.

**Your typical working hours are**:

- 6am to 2pm
- OR
- 7am to 3pm
- Monday - Friday

**What you’ll need to do the role**
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated
- Willingness to undertake tasks.
- Clean drivers licence desirable for all staff
- Previous relevant experience desirable.
