**About the Role**:
We are looking for an individual to join our University Sports Department at Hartpury University.
- You will contribute to the Hartpury Sports Business Hub, which aims to provide a driveway between the Hartpury community and sport industry partners.

**About You**:

- You will have a relevant postgraduate qualification and bring with you experience of the applied sports business management industry.
- You will have a higher education teaching qualification or professional recognition (e.g. PGCHE, FHEA or equivalent) or a commitment to complete one within one year
- As a specialist in sports business, your experience of working in applied contexts will enable you to contribute to teaching and learning activities across a range of general business and management modules. Further contributing to specialist modules such as finance, economics, and strategic leadership.
- You will be committed to creating a high-quality student experience, evidenced through a focus on excellence within teaching and learning. A record of active research and knowledge exchange is welcomed but not essential.
- You will also have a clear appreciation of the connectivity between theory and practice and the ability to foster industry partnerships to develop placement links for our students
- You will be able to demonstrate a willingness to continue to develop your record of practice and scholarship.
