Fryer Operative

Cavaghan & Gray, part of 2 Sisters Food Group are actively seeking to recruit a responsible and competent individual for the role of **Fryers Operative **to join our team based in Carlisle.

As a **Frying Operative** you will be responsible for:

- Safe operation of fryers, adhering to Health & Safety procedures and cleaning
- Recording accurate traceability information on all production records
- Operation of any other equipment required for the role
- Any other reasonable duties given by Line Manager / Line Assistant
- To support in any other areas of the factories
- Ensure all Health & Safety process & procedures are followed at all times
- Clean as you go - following cleaning schedules & “clean as you go Policy”
- Carrying out required duties as defined in the 2SFG and site Health & Safety Policy.
- Able to follow instructions
- Able to work on own initiative
- Accurate recording of traceability information at all times
- Highlighting quality defects with product / materials or machinery to Management immediately

- 4on 4 off 06:00-18:00
