Trainee Recruitment Consultant
We are looking for a Trainee Recruitment consultant to join our temp / contract division.
This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual who is seeking a career in recruitment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinating interviews and managing the recruitment process
- Negotiating pay rates with contractors and temps
- Building and maintaining relationships with contractors and temp workers
- Identifying leads for the business development team
- Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and best practice

**Requirements**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Results-driven with a strong work ethic
- Ability to work in a very fast paced environment.
- Prior experience in recruitment, sales, or tele-sales would be a benefit but not essential.
