Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Supervisor to join our team. As a Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations and ensuring the smooth running of our hospitality establishment. This is a leadership role that requires excellent organizational and communication skills.

**Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff members to ensure efficient operations
- Train new employees on company policies, procedures, and standards
- Monitor employee performance and provide feedback, coaching, and disciplinary action when necessary
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain a clean and sanitary work environment
- Manage inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless coordination of services
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and special requests in a professional manner
- Assist in the development and implementation of new procedures and initiatives to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry (hotel, restaurant, or culinary)
- Strong knowledge of food production processes and food safety regulations
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Exceptional organizational and time management abilities
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient computer skills for record keeping and reporting purposes

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: £12.23 per hour

Expected hours: 24 - 40 per week
