**About Our Client**:
Our client is a leading entity in the technology and telecoms sector, boasting a large workforce spread across multiple locations. They pride themselves on their cutting-edge technological offerings and high levels of customer satisfaction.

As a Credit Controller you will be responsible for:

- Liaising with customers regarding overdue invoices
- Managing a ledger of 500+ accounts
- Maintaining accurate records of correspondence with customers
- Weekly/monthly cash collection forecasting
- Liaise with various internal departments in order to resolve customer queries

**The Successful Applicant**:

- 2/3 years of working in a Credit Control position
- Experience of working in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication skills
- Good time keeping and be reliable
- A high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- The ability to work under pressure and meet targets
- Sound judgement and the ability to analyse complex situations
- Able to start immediately or with very little notice

This role is based on site in Birmingham City Centre 4 days per week.

£16-£19 per hour

Interim role till the end of August, and potential for extension
