Are you a Carpenter, Plumber, Electrician or Engineer from any trade background, looking for the chance to take on excellent training with a view to technical progression and progressing your career further, eventually developing into a supervisory capacity?
On offer is a role that will provide you with the opportunity to undertake further trade qualifications, which will help you become genuinely multi-skilled, alongside your work. There is plenty of scope for career progression within this role, with many opportunitiesto eventually move off the tools into an office capacity, as well as the chance to take the technical lead and become a supervisor.

You will be responsible forvarious aspects of domestic property maintenance, such as carpentry, decorating, roofing, building, plastering, and other general property maintenance and repair work, for which training will be offered.
This role would suit an Engineer from any trade qualification background with general hands-on competence who is seeking the chance to develop themselves further through further qualifications. This role will also offer the opportunity to work your way up toa supervisory position, and will offer optional Overtime at enhanced rates to boost your earnings, making this a truly exciting opportunity.
