The Client Executive at Unisys is part of our Go to Market engine, leading our most valued clients into the digital age. Embracing a challenger mindset, the successful Client Executive manages, orchestrates and leads their virtual teams and closes opportunities with customers that produce transformative business outcomes.

By doing that, the Unisys Client Executive has overall accountability and account ownership.

As part of our team and leader of our largest clients, you represent Unisys towards the client and the client requirements towards the Unisys internal teams.

You are able to understand the client and develop strategies that enables you and the team to deliver strong quality of service, mange account growth and highest possible levels of client satisfaction.

As Client Executive, you understand yourself as a business leader who strives for continuous improvement of the status quo. Questioning and challenging yourself, the team and the organization to achieve the best outcomes for our clients.

**You will be successful in this role if you have**:

- Manages and delivers client programs, which usually involve multiple service streams. Manages orders, revenue and gross margin for the total lifetime of the contract to achieve assigned targets.
- Utilizes consultative selling methodologies to shape and influence the clients’ strategic direction and to become a trusted advisor in assigned accounts.
- Develops and builds client relationships at the C-level and proactively gains understanding of the client’s business problems.
- Drives the joint client business planning process with the client to identify appropriate solutions and services, drive innovative change and achieve the growth strategy in the account.
- Identifies and develops incremental opportunities that result in profitable revenue growth measured annually
- Leads the development of winning sales strategies on complex pursuits including but not limited to competitive strategy, pricing, and negotiations and navigating the relationships with key influencers in the account.
- Understand latest technologies and Unisys portfolio especially in regards with Security, Cloud, IoT and Application Services.
- Develops personal skills and knowledge of industry sector, clients’ business challenges and the impact of potential future changes.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree or MBA preferred; or equivalent experience and demonstrable experience in an entrepreneurial, sales or consultative environment in the Information Technology Outsourcing market.
