Working within the Recruitment Directorate, the Admissions team are responsible for providing a professional offer and onboarding service to our programmes. We are committed to high standards in our work to ensure our applicants meet the programme requirements.We are looking for an organised and detail focused individual who can provide excellent coordination of admissions’ processes. It is an exciting time for the team as we take on new areas of work.
- Do you have strong attention to detail and accuracy at all times, particularly in respect of carrying out repetitive tasks and handling large volumes of work?
- Do you have experience of administration and working to deadlines, as well as appreciation of handling confidential data and the importance of following processes?
- Are you a task-focused individual with strong organisational skills who can assess, prioritise and manage a varied workload, whilst taking ownership?
- Do you have strong computer literacy, including excel and initiative to develop knowledge and proficiency of Teach First’s relationship management system?
- Do you have a good knowledge of UK qualifications and preferably experience of working within the UK higher education system or recruitment onboarding?
- Do you have exceptional relationship-building skills; the ability to establish effective relationships with people from all backgrounds (including prospective trainees and Teach First employees)?
- Are you a team player with a proactive approach to supporting colleagues and ability to be flexible and adapt to unexpected changes in priorities and tasks?
- Do you have excellent written and verbal communication skills?
