We are seeking a dynamic and visionary CEO to lead our international firm of accountants and tax experts. The CEO will be responsible for setting the strategic direction for the firm, managing operations, and ensuring the financial success of the company. This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious and driven leader who is passionate about the e-commerce industry and wants to support entrepreneurs in expanding their businesses in international marketplaces.

A comprehensive salary and relocation package is offered for this role.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement a strategic vision for the firm, ensuring that it is in line with the company's values and goals.
- Manage day-to-day operations, including overseeing financial and accounting processes, managing the budget, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, employees, and stakeholders, and ensure that the firm provides exceptional service to e-commerce entrepreneurs.
- Lead the firm's marketing and business development efforts, including developing and implementing marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and attract new clients.
- Foster a positive and productive work environment for employees, providing support, mentorship, and opportunities for growth and development.
- Stay current on industry trends and developments in e-commerce and international marketplaces, and ensure that the firm is well-positioned to take advantage of new opportunities.
- Ensure the financial stability and success of the firm, including setting and achieving financial goals and overseeing the preparation of financial statements and reports.
- Provide expert advice and support to clients on international tax laws and regulations, helping them expand their businesses in global marketplaces.

**Key skills, qualifications and experience**:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in the accounting industry, including experience in senior management roles and expertise in international tax laws and regulations.
- Strong financial acumen and expertise in financial statements, tax laws, and accounting principles.
- Excellent leadership skills, including the ability to inspire and motivate employees and build strong teams.
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, and the ability to develop and implement effective strategies.
- Exceptional communication skills, including the ability to articulate complex ideas and present them in a clear and concise manner.
- A commitment to ethical and professional standards and a strong sense of integrity.
- A passion for the e-commerce industry and a desire to support entrepreneurs in expanding their businesses in international marketplaces.
