**£26k - £40k + Commission (OTE) + amazing benefits**
We are currently going through an exciting time of growth and are looking for talented and ambitious DevOps Recruiters to join our high performing teams
As a DevOps Recruiter, you will work closely with our ever-expanding client base from Day 1, supporting them through the sourcing of top tech talent to meet their hiring needs, so you can truly make a difference in the growth and success of these businesses.
**A Bit About Your Role as a DevOps Recruiter **
- Maintain & develop client relationships
- Bring on new business, sourcing and client management
- Grow your personal brand and community in your market
- Control and influence the interview lifecycle
- Learn and improve everyday using our L&D team
**A Bit About You**
- Experience in recruitment, with proven success - ideally tech
- Experience in Business Development & Delivery
- Process driven and coachable
- Skilled at Building Relationships and Rapport
- Collaborative and love working in an ambitious team
