Leeds University Union is a charity that helps over 38,000 students love their time at Leeds. Located at the heart of campus, the Union is a space to meet people, make new friends and get involved.

LeadLUU is the name of our annual Student Executive leadership race - the biggest opportunity in our series of annual elections here at the Union. It’s one of the largest student elections in the country, and is a major event in the Leeds campus calendar. Any student is invited to run to join the Student Exec, no matter their level or programme of study, every student is qualified to run.

**Gryphon Editor**

The role of the Gryphon Editor is an exciting opportunity for a student to be elected to run as the head of the student newspaper, and bring students useful and interesting news about university life.

As a student’s union we are closed over the Christmas holiday period and on bank holidays so we have the best hours in the business

We have great internal training opportunities and we are looking for someone who has a real passion for helping us make sure every student loves their time at Leeds.

We offer 26 days’ holiday (plus generous statutory and customary closure days) and a pension scheme.
