This is no ordinary Management position. We are looking for a highly motivated, dynamic individual who can challenge the status quo to help us realise our medium to long term plans. In this role you will be empowered to make decisions which will have a real impact on the business.

Reporting to the General Manager you will have responsibility for the efficient day to day running and operation of all aspects of the ADS Maintenance function. This includes assuming overall responsibility for routine activity as well as the strategic functionality of the department.

Our maintenance department carries out pre planned maintenance visits on all types of commercial and industrial doors to customers throughout East Anglia and beyond.

New to the industrial door industry? No need to worry, the most vital prerequisite for this role is the ability to manage a department and organise your team as we have onsite training facilities along with a training plan to bring you up to speed of the industry and regulations.

In conjunction with a sales team you will be responsible for managing the full process from lead to invoicing and ensuring a continuous improvement culture is maintained.

You will have at least 3 years’ experience of managing teams, working to P&L and forecast targets, and shown experience in growing a department profitability. You will have worked without direct supervision, have experience of and be competent working with a CRM system and Microsoft Office suite.

Essentially you will have a full UK driving license with no convictions.

We are offering this role on permanent basis. Full time working hours are 40 per week and will be worked according to your schedule and customer requirements. We offer up to 25 days annual leave increasing yearly from 21 days with Holiday Purchas Scheme also available.
