Hostel Assistant

MPA are seeking to recruit a Hostel Assistant on behalf of one our Clients. This is a fulltime temporary ongoing post.

Main Duties

Posts in the Level 3 grade require staff to undertake a variety of duties ranging from supervision and training, to advice and guidance for the public. In each of the functions interpretative and discretionary skills play a significant part, although it is stressed that these skills are brought to bear with in written or verbal parameters and policies set by the organisation. For industrial staff the work requires competence, co-ordination and craftsmanship with a demand for both precision and speed or considerable demand for precision.

Additional Requirements

Over see daily running of hostel Interact with tenants carry out health and safety checks able to do on call after 5pm and weekends also able to carry out visit when necessary

IT/ Microsoft Office Proficiency - Beginner

Any otherQualifications/Experience - ability to interact with tenants GDPR

Year's Experience - < 1 year

**Salary**: £10.98 per hour
