**Assist Services Group, a leading provider of security solutions, is currently seeking dedicated and skilled Security Guards to join our team for a special contract assignment at Heathrow Boutiques. This opportunity involves working closely with our client, a renowned brand, to ensure the security and safety of contractors performing repair works.**

**The Role**:
The role of a security guard tasked with assisting contractors on site is pivotal in maintaining a secure and orderly environment. These guardians of safety are entrusted with the responsibility of ensuring that contractors adhere to established protocols and guidelines while conducting their work. Their duties encompass not only monitoring access points and conducting regular patrols but also providing guidance and assistance to contractors, fostering a collaborative and compliant atmosphere. This necessitates a keen understanding of the site's layout, potential hazards, and emergency procedures. Excellent communication skills are paramount, as security guards must effectively convey safety instructions and address any concerns raised by contractors. Moreover, a comprehensive knowledge of security systems and equipment is required to promptly respond to and mitigate potential threats. This multifaceted role demands adaptability, attentiveness, and a strong commitment to upholding the safety standards of the site

**Pay Rate**:
£12.50 per hour

**Shift Pattern**:
Monday to Thursday

09:00 - 18:00

**Minimum Requirements**:

- 1 Years’ experience working within luxury industry & customer service skills.
- A valid DS licence.
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills.
- Professional & Personable.
- Immaculate presentation.
- Right to Work in the UK.
- 5-Year employment / educational history.

**Responsibilities & Duties**:

- Escorting contractors to and from the designated work areas within Heathrow Boutiques.
- Maintaining a high level of vigilance and ensuring the security of the premises.
- Demonstrating excellent communication skills to effectively interact with contractors and address inquiries.
- Asking questions when necessary to gather relevant information and reporting back on the progress of repair works.
- Adhering to security protocols and procedures at all times.
- Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Security Guard or in a similar role.
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with contractors and report on work progress.
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions in a dynamic environment.
- Strong observational and problem-solving skills.
- Flexibility to work 9-hour shifts, including 2 days each in terminals 3, 5, and 2 (when applicable).
- Willingness to be sponsored for the security pass required for access to the designated work areas.

**Uniform**:

- Clean pressed black suit
- Black tie
- Clean pressed white shirt.
- Clean black smart shoes. Smart boots.
- Black socks. NO WHITE SOCKS.
- No denim. No hoodies. No trainers.

**As a member of the security team, you will be required to comply with the BS7858 vettings requirements.**
