**Reporting to**: Deputy / Assistant Manager

**Responsible for**: Support Staff

**Hours**: 35 hours per week (With the potential of over time), 52 weeks per year including weekends

**Job description (Duties include but not limited to)**:

- Ensuring that our busy, popular parties department runs smoothly, and all guests are having an amazing time.
- Offering regular training and encouragement to support staff.
- Able to explain all party packages and extra’s in detail is a must. You must be fluent in what we are able to offer each customer.
- Can understand all products that we have available. Such as party packages, yearly passes, Party stock both for trade and sole customers.
- Able to lead some of our “Weekly Activity” classes to a high standard and making these a huge success.
- Working closely with the management team to come up with new and exciting ideas.
- Adhering to all company policies and Health & Safety practices is vital.
- Ensuring that all party balances are finalised and everything is confirmed prior to the date of the party.
- Able to manage social media pages and work with the management team to discus future promotions and scheduled posts.
- Working closely with the local neighbourhood and council to see where we can assist with local events that are taking place.
- Able to source and build a relationship with a local independent charity and looking at supporting them wherever we can.
- Having a good understanding of Company Health & Safety measures is crucial.
- An eye to detail is also important and ensuring that tasks are completed correctly.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From £9.50 per hour
