Overview:
We are expanding our team and have a new opportunity for a labourer/fencer to join us.

You will be site based, and will be required to travel to various places of work, mostly within the Essex/Suffolk area.

You will be responsible for assisting with various tasks related to fencing installation. This is a hands-on role that requires proficiency and the ability to work with a variety of tools and equipment.

**Duties**:

- Preparation works, digging holes and trenches in line with where the fencing will be positioned.
- Measuring the length of each section that requires fencing and determining the requisite height of each fence in collaboration with clients’ requirements.
- Joining, raising, and securing segments of the fence in place.
- Understanding of fencing specifications and knowledge of installation techniques.
- Assist by following instructions from supervisors.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organised work area.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient completion of projects.

- Must be a team player and reliable.
- **Preferred but not essential**_
- Knowledge and experience in a variety of fencing systems.
- Health and Safety in a Construction Environment.
- CSCS (training can be provided).
- A full driving licence.
