**Solid Surface Template Surveyor**

Howdens Joinery is looking for a Solid Surface Template Surveyor in Scotland and the surrounding areas. As a Solid Surface Template Surveyor, you will meet our customers in their homes and digitally measure the space, to enable us to fabricate a bespoke solid surface worktop. As a FTSE100 business that is undergoing an exciting period of growth, this position offers you a unique opportunity to be part of our new national Solid Surface Template Surveying Team.

**Role Responsibilities in brief**:

- Produce accurate template plans in line with the standard drawing procedures.
- Interact with the customer and maintain high levels of customer service.
- Ensure that all details relating to the order have been captured.
- Record information onto the company CRM at all stages of the template.
- Survey site conditions to ensure that the worktops can be delivered and installed safely.
- Acting as the point of contact for the template support and technical team.
- Ensure plans are “right the first time” for solid surface installation team.
- In addition to any other duties, as a responsible person you must ensure that you have read, understood and adhere to polices and procedure relating to Health and Safety

**What we are looking for**:

- Possess A-Levels in and Mathematics and IT (or equivalent)
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Learns and understands systems quickly
- Excellent communication skills
- A positive attitude and be proactive in trying to improve health & safety in own area of responsibility
- Shows initiative towards problem-solving
- Full, clean driving license
- Previous CAD experience is
