MEP Supervisor

Summary of main duties:

- Supervise the installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
- Review Plans, specifications, design drawings, shop drawings and equipment manuals to ensure correct implementation and operation of systems.
- Coordinate with the team of technicians and subcontractors to ensure the allocation of resources is efficient.
- Lead the onsite teams to ensure smooth execution of the works.
- Monitor and inspect the installations to ensure compliance with safety, quality and project standards.
- Consult, communicate and coordinate with suppliers and their operatives and technical departments as required.
- Collaborate with the design team before, during and after project implementation to provide insights on design modifications, value engineering solutions and constructability issues.
- Prepare and submit regular reports to management.

What we’re looking for:

- A minimum of 10 years’ experience in this or a similar role.
- Relevant professional qualifications in mechanical, Electrical, or plumbing or related field.
- Proven track record as a MEP supervisor in a similar role within the construction industry or Hotel maintenance.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems, codes, regulations and best practice.
- Good computer skills with proficiency in the use of MEP-related design software.
- Problem solving mindset with the ability to make decisions under pressure.
- Be a creative individual who has meticulous attention to detail and excellent communication & leadership skills.
- Have stellar technical, time management and interpersonal skills.
