**About the role**:
Are you a highly skilled and motivated PMO Specialist looking for an exciting opportunity? Join our dynamic team and be a crucial part of BA’s transformation initiatives. As a PMO Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring the successful delivery of projects and programs, working closely with the Head of Transformation Delivery and key partners. Together, we will drive standard methodologies, streamline processes, and enhance the overall performance of our portfolio.

Your clear and articulate communication style will ensure effective information exchange. With strong organisational skills, you'll bring structure and efficiency to your work. **About you**:

- Demonstrable experience of successful delivery of portfolio management office activities
- Ability to effectively influence individuals & teams (direct/indirect), working collaboratively to deliver results
- Handle and maintain relationships with team members at all levels
- Works well independently and as part of a team
- Ability to adapt to dynamically evolving fast-paced environment and use your own initiative to problem solve
- Strong attention to detail
- Capable of meeting high-quality standards
