Administration Executive

**Job Purpose**

Ramco are looking for an Administration Executive to complement our existing Sales Team. The successful applicant will be required to work within a fast-paced environment assisting in the day to day running of the business. It will be a hands-on role assisting with the setup and administration of our online auction sales along with increasing our market presence through various platforms.

**Key Tasks and Responsibilities**
- A hands-on role with the setup and administration of our auction sales
- Multiple Platform Development - image and content management (website, eBay, Amazon)
- Sales order processing and accurate customer account recording
- Stock control
- Learning product knowledge and sales techniques
- Market research for new products

**Requirements**:

- Be friendly and confident in communicating in English (both verbal and written)
- Strong technical skills (Ebay, Office, CRM database etc) and adept at social media where necessary
- Able to work well under pressure
- An eye for detail with strong organisational skills and focus
- Reliable and flexible attitude to work
