Full Job Description
We are looking for a professional Void Surveyor to fill a vacancy in Lambeth.

Void Surveyor
From: £21 p/h
Contract: 35 hours per week
Location: Lambeth
Roles and responsibilities:

- To visit void properties in North and South Lambeth, carry out pre-work surveys and use SOR codes to create job specifications for the works to be carried out by contractors and sub-contractors.
- Post inspection surveys to ensure the work is carried out to the correct standard.
- Responsible for managing variations and installing/removing key boxes from void properties.
Experience & Requirements:

- Experience in a similar role as a Building Surveyor is required, with proven knowledge of building inspections and identifying faults for repairs.
- Good knowledge of using Microsoft Office is essential.
- Will need experience in working in a Social Housing environment.
