Blind Maker/trainee Fitter

**Job Summary**

We are looking to employ a blind fitter/manufacturer.

The role involves a mixture of manufacture / repair work at our base in Birmingham, alongside some fitting on site. We have a range of customers and you may work in homes, offices, schools, hospitals and more

We are a family run business-based in Birmingham and have been established since 1996

We are manufacturers, suppliers, and installers of all types of window blinds, curtains & shutters. We supply to residential and commercial customers throughout the whole of the UK, offering a fitting service to Birmingham and surrounding areas.

- You are a DIY enthusiast; a blind enthusiast is even better
- You are competent with measurements in both imperial and metric
- You enjoy working with your hands and take pride in your work
- You have a valid clean driving
- You are proactive
- You are friendly and approachable
- You enjoy working with people
- You can work at a fast pace
- You can work closely with a small team as well as alone when required
- You have a great eye for detail

**If you are enthusiastic about DIY but do not have experience as a Blind Fitter, please do not be put off as full training will be provided**

**Qualifications and Skills**
- Experience preferred, but not essential
- Full training will be provided

- Hours of work: Full Time - 9am-5pm Tuesday - Saturday
