- previous administrative experience is preferred but not essential.
- assisting families when choosing a final resting place for the future.

The role involves administrative duties as well as answering the telephone phone and welcoming families. You will be part of a team looking after and helping bereaved families. You will be expected to work closely with our dedicated funeral directors and management team. We are a collegiate organisation and an ability to support and respect your colleagues is essential. You will be expected to uphold the highest standards.

Normal working days are Monday-Friday, however you may be expected to work the occasional Saturday.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Zero hours contract

**Salary**: £24,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
