**Job Title **- Finishing Foreman

**Project** - Residential Projects

**Job Location**- Antrim

**Salary - **£30K - £40K (based on experience)

**About the Company**

I have an excellent, new opportunity for one of Northern Ireland's busier main contractors who specialise in apartment and housing developments across NI.

This role would be ideal for an experience Joinery Foreman/ Site supervisor looking to progress into site management.

**The Role**
- Finishing internal building in accordance with the programme.
- Understanding the finishing sequence and organizing labour and materials to deliver in accordance with the programme.
- Liaise with various subcontractors on a daily basis
- Check completed works and ensure they are of a high standard
- Ensure Quality of works
- Resolve day to day issue's onsite in a timely, amicable and efficient manner to ensure the programme is maintained.
- Plan works accordingly to tie in line with the programme and drive labour force to work at maximum capacity while on-site.
- Organise works in accordance with all Health and Safety guidelines
- QA all tradesmen work in a systematic way to ensure quality is maintained at all times.
- Manage housekeeping and all H&S aspects on a daily basis.
