**Job Role: Electrical Design Engineer**

**Location: Knowsley**

**Salary: £34k-£40k and bonus, 25 days holiday, pension, career development**

**The Opportunity**

To set the scene, our client has some of the sharpest pieces of kit within the Electrical Power & Control Sector and to stay ahead of the game they also have one the best design teams who are always looking at new solutions and productsthis is where youcome in.

This is a great opportunity for a current Design Engineer to come in to a company that offers real progression and opportunity as well as joining a close knit Design team who work with cutting edge Electrical products.

**About you**:
We are open to the person here - but in a nutshell an Electrical Design Engineer who is looking to develop their career and skillset even further, someone who has hit a glass ceiling where they are and wants a role with real progression. Or a graduate whohas around 2-4 years hands on experience Post University

We are open to software packages you are familiar with as well (AutoCAD, for example), but if you have experience around HV products that would be ideal.

**The role**:
This is a hugely varied design role where you will be working on products from cradle to grave. From speaking to a customer, getting a design brief and bringing that product to life for some of the most prestigious end clients around the UK, USA & Europe.

The products are manufactured on site too so you will be able to see your designs come to life through the manufacturing process. Each project can be anything between 6-12 months and you will be working with some great Senior Designers who you can learnfrom as well as them guiding and assisting you.
