If so, we are looking for Production Operatives to join a successful workwear and PPE company in their Fareham site. This company are a leading PPE and workwear company which have continued to enjoy rapid growth despite the turbulent economy. They know howto operate commercially whilst retaining their core principles of value, integrity, sustainability, growth and innovation.

**About the role**

The Production Operative will work 10pm to 6am Monday to Friday (with 45 mins for lunch and a further 15 min break during the day).

You will be responsible for ensuring the print and embroidery machines run smoothly, using the computer monitors to programme and start the logo embroidery instructions, replacing the threads, problem-solving and of course operating the Embroidery machines.

**What we are looking for**:
You will need to demonstrate good communication skills with the ability to work well within a team to deadlines in a fast-paced environment. You will need a high degree of concentration, attention to detail and you will possess the ability to use of yourinitiative to think through a problem. Our client needs you to be hardworking, loyal and work well as a team member.

Ideally you will possess the below experience and skills:

- Hard working, ideally with previous production or machinery experience
- Dedicated, flexible and adaptable
- Good IT Skills
- Able to work well under pressure
- Experience working within a fast moving environment.
- Full compliance with Quality, Health and Safety at Work at all times.
