Avanti Recruitment have partnered with a market-leading, multinational organization who design & manufacture specialist electrical test & measurement instruments used across the world by everyone from domestic electricians right through to heavy duty testand monitoring facilities working on high-voltage power stations.

They’ve just opened up a brand new office in Wallingford, and are looking to rapidly scale up a new R&D team. There are plenty of interesting engineering challenges to overcome and as part of this new team, you’ll be leading a team who are developing high-reliabilityproducts with accuracy and safety front-of-mind. This will be a great opportunity to get involved with building up a new team within a huge global company with loads of IP & patents, with ambitious plans for continuous growth over the next several years.

**Required skills**:

- Demonstrable experience as a Scrum Master
- Applied knowledge of the Agile framework and understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC)
- Experienced in using tools such as JIRA and Confluence
- Strong practical experience and understanding of Lean-Agile methodologies including Scrum, Kanban, CI, XP and TDD
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent planning and organising skills
- Strong problem solving
- A Scrum Master certification such as CSM.
- Experience in leading teams for embedded system development
- Recognised training in leadership, coaching and mentoring
- Educated to Degree level
- Experience with teams working to the development of electronic products
