**So, what’s the role?**
You’ll be joining as an Oracle Essbase Developer, taking over and managing the delivery of reports and data models of an existing platform, primarily supporting a finance function. The system has been stable for a few years but we are looking to support theexpansion of report building in order to deliver more value.
**We’re looking for someone with the following skills**:

- Experience owning the management and development of a Hyperion Essbase data reporting stack, ideally with close experience working with a finance function.
- Have dimensional modelling experience and be comfortable working with cubes.
- FRS report building.
- Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to recognise incorrect or inconsistent numbers and reports before publication.
- Has a high level of business understanding and the ability to convey complex ideas in a compelling manner.

**And who do I need to be?**:

- Someone who can work independently and navigate a large and complex organisation to resolve issues.
- You’ll be deadline and delivery focussed, with excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate and interact at different levels within the business.
- You have the drive to learn and develop your skills in a dynamic and focussed environment.
- You have an appetite to improve processes.
