Fireguard Services (NM) Ltd is a well-established privately owned Fire Extinguisher and Fire Alarm Company based in New Milton, Hampshire (covering central southern England). We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our team in providing essential support to our office operations.
The ideal applicant would be a motivated and disciplined individual who is capable of working to targets, without physical supervision. The individual must be comfortable talking with clients, have strong organisational skills and be proficient in various administrative tasks.
**Responsibilities**:
- Maintain office filing and record-keeping systems
- Assist in data entry tasks and maintaining databases
- Support the team with administrative tasks as required
- Conduct clerical duties such as typing, photocopying, and scanning documents
**Requirements**:
- Excellent organisational skills with keen attention to detail
- Proficiency in using computers and office software
- Strong phone etiquette and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritise workload efficiently
Knowledge of Sage 50 Accounts and previous experience in an administrative role would be useful but not essential.
Salary dependent on age & experience
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £17,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
