In this role, you'll have the opportunity to work closely with a diverse portfolio of clients, ranging from SMEs to large corporations, and assist them in meeting their financial objectives. **Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and review financial statements and reports, ensuring all accounting transactions comply with legal and company policies.
- Oversee a portfolio of clients, fostering strong relationships and providing excellent client service.
- Offer support in the preparation of budgets, management accounts, and forecasts.
- Assist with the management and mentoring of junior team members.
- Liaise with HMRC on behalf of clients, managing tax filings and audits.
- Contribute to the firm's development by identifying potential opportunities and efficiency improvements.

**Requirements**:

- Qualified ACA/ACCA or equivalent with a minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role within a practice setting.
- Proficient in a range of accounting software (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks).
- Excellent understanding of UK GAAP, financial reporting, and taxation principles.
- Proven track record of managing and maintaining a portfolio of clients.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and nurture client relationships.
- A self-starter with a keen eye for detail and the ability to prioritise and manage workload effectively.
- Must be eligible to work in the UK.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 24 per week

**Salary**: £28,000.00-£38,000.00 per year
