**Project Manager (Mechanical / Electrical / Construction)**

Are you a Project Manager from a Mechanical or Electrical or Construction background looking for the opportunity to lead and develop a specialist team who will run a multitude of multimillion-pound projects, where you gain experience and internal/externaltraining within the facades industry, and the opportunity to progress your career?

That company produces innovative, solutions for the facades industry. With over 40 years in the industry, they have built up an industry-leading reputation, working on some of the most well-known buildings in the UK, including Westminster, Canary Warf andWembley Stadium.

Your responsibilities will include managing projects from bid to completion, and overseeing site managers and subcontractors. Signing off on material orders, attending client meetings and visiting the site. You will be provided with training on differentaspects of the role and will be required to travel nationwide

This role would suit a Project Manager looking for the next challenge in their career, who wants to work on luxury developments with large budgets.

THE ROLE:

- Running projects from Bid to Delivery
- Organising site managers and sub-contractors
- Client meetings
- Budgeting and stock control

THE PERSON:

- Project Manager from a Mechanical / Electrical / Construction background
- Commutable to Grantham
- Driving licence
