**Float Team Assistant - GMD £23 per hour**

We are seeking a new Float Team Assistant within a large global city based investment bank working in a high pressured, client focussed, exceptionally fast paced division. Ideally you will be highly competent, energetic assistants able to hit the groundrunning with a very strong work ethic.These are demanding roles which require extensive support from proactive, motivated and organised individuals.Experience of competing priorities, demanding coverage and strong teamwork are key.

**Key Responsibilities of the Float Team Assistant**:

- Extensive calendar management for large teams including MD & Partner level
- Coordinating and scheduling of meetings and calls
- Coordinating room bookings for internal/external meetings, Zooms and VCs across multiple locations
- International flight & accommodation bookings
- Car bookings
- Expense management and preparation
- Taking on ad hoc tasks while maintaining workflow
- Supporting teams in day to day issues, needs and queries
- Providing phone / holiday coverage for colleagues

**Skills and attributes of the Float Team Assistant**:

- Excellent Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook skills
- Able to prioritize a variety of time-sensitive tasks
- Demonstrates dependability and high attention to detail along with the ability to multi-task
- Comfortable working with people at all organizational levels, internally and externally
- Must be a team player that works well under pressure within a changing environment
- Flexible and adaptable to work and support across multiple teams
- Be resourceful and able to use own initiative in solving issues
- Proactive attitude when managing diaries and workload
- Discretion to deal with confidential business matters
- Positive and approachable demeanour with a “can do, muck in” attitude
- Experience working with large teams in a highly demanding environment is desirable
