The co-facilitation of group work will be an expectation of the role. Being a compassionate individual will be essential. There will be an exception that the post holder will work flexible hours between the hours of 08.00 20.00 hrs, dependant on the service users needs however, regular hours would be 09:00 to 17:00 hrs Monday to Friday with the occasional weekend visits depending on service user need this is a very rare occurrence.
