Reporting to the Logistics Manager you will be working closely with the Warehouse team to ensure that all internal and external deliveries are dealt with in an efficient manner, and maintain an organised warehouse. This role involves:

- Working as part of a team to allocate and achieve daily duties and to complete the weekly duties checklist.
- To undertake FLT duties in a safe manner and carry out the daily FLT checks in accordance with the Company FLT procedure.
- Dealing promptly with all deliveries arriving at the Company and associated paperwork and the processing of orders leaving the Company by loading and unloading vehicles as and when required.
- To generate and complete all appropriate paperwork, delivery notes and data entry, including the weekly shipping sheet and ASN’s (Advanced Shipping Notice).
- To supply raw parts and required jigging to the shop floor/WIP areas.
- Removal of finished goods and jigging from the shop floor/WIP areas.
- Transport parts/jigs and other materials/products across the sites using a Company vehicle or FLT in a safe and manner.
- To monitor stock levels and ensure that any potential shortages are highlighted to the Logistics Manager, including the maintenance of minimum stock on sundry items.
- To carry out daily stock counts on all products and to supply to the relevant parties as and when required. In addition to Monthly and Year End Stock Takes.
- To maintain inventory controls by completing daily stock sheets and using FIFO.
- To maintain a high standard of housekeeping in the warehouse and supporting areas to ensure a safe and clean work environment and working within a 5S philosophy.
- Participation in any internal or external training that is appropriate and required for the role.
- Customer liaison both internally and externally where required.
- Any other duties that the Company may reasonably require to carry out this role.

**Salary**: £13.37 per hour
