Adecco are assisting one of our Poole based manufacturing clients with their search for a Factory Operative.

**FACTORY OPERATIVE**

**Location**: Poole

**Salary**: £10.50 p/h

**Contract**:Temp to Perm, Full Time

**Hours**:Monday to Friday 7:00am - 16:00pm

If you have experience working in a fast paced manufacturing environment, this could be the role for you.

Ideally, you will have some warehouse or manufacturing experience.
- Have experience in a warehouse / factory-based environment.
- Will have excellent communication, organisational skills and be a proactive team player.
- Be thorough and pay attention to detail.
- Be able to work in the factory helping out where needed including cleaning, tidy and occasionally helping with cutting materials.
- Good understanding of Health & Safety practices within a warehouse environment
- Experience of using saws and other factory machinery
- Punctual and Reliable
- Comfortable with physical tasks
