Warranty Administrator

**About the role**
Sytner Group currently has an opening for a highly motivated Warranty Administrator to join our Jaguar Land Rover Approved Service Centre Ascot, located in Bracknell.
As a Sytner Warranty Administrator, you will be responsible for costing and invoicing all warranty jobs. You will ensure the accurate submissions of warranty and goodwill claims on a daily basis and ensure recalls are administered and warranty debt is controlled.You will also ensure manufacturer standards are adhered to at all times.
Sytner Warranty Administrators work a variety of flexible patterns which can typically include weekends to ensure we provide our customers with the highest possible levels of service.
**About you**
Ideally, you will have excellent organisational skills and be able to handle conflicting demands whilst able to identify priorities in a highly demanding environment.
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to develop strong, cooperative relationships with customers & colleagues are also a must.
