Working hours - Monday to Friday 9am to 5:30pm

Motion Finance have a fantastic opportunity for a Quality Assurance Assessor to join our Compliance department. We provide ourselves on second-to-none customer service, ensuring our customers and dealer partners receive the highest possible standards. Our innovative system, MyCreditNet, enables our dealer partners to focus on what they do best - selling cars - whilst we take care of the rest.

We’re looking for an experienced Quality Assurance Assessor to allow us to continue to offer the best service we can.

Attention to detail and accuracy is paramount to ensure that no detail is missed, and call audits are documented appropriately. Updating our internal platforms is essential as these will be used for the QA Assessor to deliver feedback to the New Business management team, so feedback can be given to all individuals. Any remedial action will also be completed as part of this role, where required.

Within this role, you will also be expected to build and maintain a clear understanding of the business operation, it’s processes and the regulator requirements imposed upon the Company. In line with this, working knowledge of the FCA and GDPR requirements are essential, along with working within the guidelines and principles of Consumer Duty.
