**The Company**

We were founded in 2018, and since then, we’ve grown to a team of 30x headhunters operating across London and Manchester, with an office due to open in Florida. **Requirements**:
Heading into 2023 we are on the search for a Head of Contracts to join the team.

We would like to have a big push and focus on building our contract book. You will be working closely with our CEO to build this further - currently sitting on £20K weekly GP.
- Experience Managing Key Accounts/Dealing with account holders
- Preferably someone at Team Lead/Manager level.
- Comfortable with FULL AUTONOMY and being the face of the whole department
- They would help with the training of new contract recruiters and will manage the entire contract team moving forward. ➡
- Will be self sufficient
