**Do you need qualifications?**

Put simply no, we are looking for people with the right character and transferable skills from any sector or background. If training is needed or refresher training we can provide it absolutely free. Yes free, and all our training are government accredited by a professional training provider that we work with.

**Working patterns available;**

Full time.

Must be able to do both shifts (07.15-15:45 & 13:30-22:00) and work 2 weekends out of 3

Part time.

Must be able to work either shift on set days available (07.15-15:45 & 13:30-22:00)

Day to day, flexible working pattern to suit you.

Must be able to work either (07.15-15:45 & 13:30-22:00) on any given day very flexible as to when you work.

**Hours of work;**
- 07.15-15:45
- 13:30-22:00
- Weekend shifts available

**Rates of pay;**
- £21,250 £23,200
- Hourly : £11.50

**Contracts available**

We can offer permanent full-time or part-time contracts.

We can also offer very flexible bank staff work too.

**Age range;**
- Primary Schools (4-11 years).
- Secondary Schools (11-16 years).
- College (16-18 years).
- Young adults (18 - 22)

**Qualifications;**
- Non required - Transferrable skills needed.

**Your duties will include;**
- Helping children and or young adults get ready in the morning.
- Helping prepare food throughout the day
- Giving extra support in the classroom
- Take part in vocational activities like Arts and crafts, Forrest school, farm work etc
- Offering emotional support
- Encouraging pupils to interact and engage in activities.
- Establish trusting relationships with pupils and interact with them according to their individual needs and personalities.
- Liaise with other health care professionals

**You will need to have;**
- Transferrable skills from your personal or working life.
- The ability to demonstrate active listening skills and strong verbal communication skills.
- The ability to build positive relationships and understand the individual needs of the children in your care.
- The ability to provide varying levels of individual attention, reassurance, and support.
- A personable, calm, and caring demeanour.
