Bespoke Skin Clinic is a small business in Loughton. We are professional, inclusive, customer-centric, and our goal is to provide professional and safe treatments for various body and skin conditions using state of the art technology.

Our work environment includes:

Working Hours: Tuesday - Saturday, 9:30 - 5:30

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet clients when they arrive at the clinic and provide them with a warm and welcoming experience.
- Manage the clinic's social media accounts, posting regular updates and engaging with clients online.
- Coordinate the booking and scheduling of appointments, ensuring that the clinic's diary is up to date and that appointment reminders are sent out to clients.
- Manage the clinic's stock levels and place orders for supplies when needed.
- Assist with business administration duties, such as managing the clinic's financial records and preparing reports.
- Escalate client complaints and resolve any issues that arise to ensure that clients are satisfied with the services provided.
- Ensure that the clinic is clean and tidy at all times, and that all equipment is well maintained.
- Train and supervise front of house staff to ensure that they provide excellent customer service and follow clinic protocols and procedures.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Previous experience in a customer service role is essential, preferably in a beauty or aesthetics clinic setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with clients and staff at all levels.
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Knowledge of social media platforms and experience managing social media accounts.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software programs.
- Ability to work well under pressure and to handle difficult situations with tact and diplomacy.
- Passion for the beauty and aesthetics industry, with a desire to keep up to date with the latest trends and developments.
- Experience in business administration, including financial record-keeping and report preparation, is desirable.

**Education and Experience**:

- 4/5 or Higher GCSE inc Maths and English
- Previous experience in customer service or administration is desirable but not essential
- Familiarity with social media platforms and their functionalities

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £22,061.00-£22,605.00 per year
