This leading homeware retailer is looking for a junior merchandiser to join its team on a permanent basis. They are known for their premium bedding and bath linen, sourcing the finest quality duvets, pillows, throws, towels, mattresses and more.

As a junior merchandiser, you will be responsible for leading the day-to-day management of categories, with a focus on optimising stock and sales.

The role:

- Leading in the preparation of range performance analysis
- Responsible for the seasonal planning process
- Creating full financial plans at category level, ensuring all forecasts are accurately maintained
- Managing category OTB’s and WSSI management
- Taking ownership of PO management
- Managing the MAA to deliver an accurate weekly delivery schedule
- Minimum of 3 years in merchandising planning experience
- Relevant degree or business-related qualification idea
- Experience within homeware, fabric or soft furnishings would be beneficial
- Advanced Excel skills

They are offering a competitive salary of up to £35,000, with hybrid/flexible working, staff discount and a great company culture.

**Salary**: £33,000.00-£37,000.00 per year
